  My first visit was due to a work injury. Quite far from my place. The doctor I met was Dr. Rita, she is an amazing person, lovely but very strict too. Valewood Staff is also good, even though there is someone who is not helpful when I need something urgent. I rather not mention the name.
  However, I still gonna give full stars to this clinic's reviews.

  I find this clinic extremely unorganised. They overcharged the visit, then forgot I had already checked in so I was waiting as everyone was going ahead of me. Doctor was too casual and didn’t even examine the situation. They made me a booking that they had to cancel. My next visit involved work, and they forgot to plan a return to work schedule. So I had to go back for another visit. How are they accredited?? I have never visited a clinic that had this many issues..

  I am a patient of Valewood Clinic since my arrival to Australia and Dr George has been our family doctor since then. He is an amazing GP. So far the receptionists were very nice and kind. Today I was shocked with the way the receptionist ( Linda) communicated with me when I wanted to book my GP. She was extremely rude to me. I don’t believe a GP practice can run a long journey with such rude staff to the patients. Furthermore I am also a GP practicing in Victoria and I know how dedicated and kind our staff to the patients.

  My wife and I have been supported by Valewood Clinic for many years. We completely trust them to manage our health and my wife credit's Dr Bansal's thoroughness with detecting her cancer early enough that she avoided more complex treatment and has fully recovered. A practice with caring doctors, professional staff who are always willing to help when it is needed. Carol and David Randall.

  Kind, attentive, staff at the front desk. Dr Anthony is an excellent listener, is pro active in helping the patient. I have left my previous doctor of 20 years and am very satisfied with the care afforded to me. Cheers.. Thanks
