  Waverley Bathrooms are fantastic. Here at Kew Student Residence we have had 7 bathrooms renovated by them over the last 3 years. They are professional and get the job done on time and most important the bathrooms look great. A massive thanks from our family to yours!!

  I would like to thank everyone at Waverley Bathrooms for all the hard work put in renovating my En-suite and I would like to share my experience. Being in my late 60's and living on my own I have unfortunately dealt with unreliable tradesmen which made me very hesitant to have my ensuite renovated. From the first point of contact to the final clean up Waverley Bathrooms were friendly, professional but most of all reliable. I was most impressed with the workmanship and how easily things were dealt with and rectified. I was always able to contact Mitch whenever I had a question and I felt reassured as he always kept me in the loop with his schedule. I had some great conversations with some of the tradesmen and would happily have them in my home again for a cuppa. Thank you Waverley Bathrooms, I will be recommending you to anyone seeking a renovation.

  We used Waverley for a full bathroom renovation. (Strip back to the timber frame, remove wall & door and build everything back brand new.)
  This was our 2nd bathroom renovation with Waverley and we have been very happy with both jobs. All the guys (& girl) are 100% professional and deliver an excellent result. We plan to use them for our laundry in the future.

  I had my bathroom renovated by Waverley Bathrooms. Visually, the work carried out was satisfactory. However, the electrical work -- moving a powerpoint and wiring the newly installed infrared heat lamp/vent -- was carried out by a clueless apprentice. I found out immmediately that the apprentice did not even get switches right (ie. fan button turning on infrared, infrared button turning on light, and light button turning on the fan). That was quickly resolved with a phone call to Waverley Bathroom. Unfortunately, I did not discover other dodgy electrical work until there was a fire and house was filled with smoke some years later. The fire/smoke terrified my wife and I didn't get any sleep before a very important interview. Anyway, I called in an electrician to search for the cause of the smoke and frequent circuit break tripping. After a few hours of search, it was revealed that Waverley Bathroom electrician and/or his apprentice did not put in a junction box. Instead, he/they connected wires inappropriately and just wrapped black tapes around them. Years of electrical problems (so bad I ended up buying three UPSs to protect my computers and A/V equipment from frequent power supply unit failures) were attributed to that lousy wiring where loose wires were shorting whenever it was humid.
  Okay, these things can and do happen. However, I am giving Waverley Bathrooms two stars because:
  1. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they treated me after I contacted them regarding dodgy electrical work to recoup the cost of repair (over $500 because of time and difficulty it took to locate/repair the problematic fire-causing pieces of wires)
  2. the man in charge kept saying it could be rats/mice even after presenting the burnt wires to a couple of his employees, clearly showing the cause of fire wasn't wire manipulation by rodents but poor workmanship and cutting corners by their electricians. He refused to pay a cent, say "sorry," or offer something in good will.
  3. within a few years, the entire ceramic soap holder/shelf in the shower became loose, dropped and shattered, giving cuts on my feet. One of Impala Kitchen builders who put in the new holder told me it wasn't put in properly.
  4. despite very unpleasant after-service experience, I cannot give one star because other aspects of renovation were actually decent or even satisfactory.
  
  I hope you have better luck with your bathroom reno than I.
